This Cookie Policy explains the local-storage notice used by the static Vixlyn website. It also distinguishes this behavior from cookies or scripts that a hosting, delivery or security provider may add after deployment.

Local-storage notice

The site uses the exact localStorage key wps_vixlyn_pro_cookie_notice_v1 to remember that the cookie notice was dismissed. The stored record contains dismissal metadata: dismissedAt and expiresAt.

The intended validity period is 180 days. The record is stored when the notice is dismissed through the site control.

Expiry and reset

Local storage is not automatically removed by the browser when the intended period ends. On a later visit, the site code checks the record and removes it when it is malformed or expired.

The footer includes a reset control that allows the notice state to be cleared. Browser site-data controls can also remove local-storage records.

Other technologies

The static files do not claim to describe cookies, analytics or scripts that a host, CDN, security service or future deployment layer may add. Those technologies depend on the services used when the site is published.
